At-home
STI testing
delivered
across Australia.
Chlamydia, gonorrhoea and HIV testing, collected privately at home in your own time and reviewed by an Australian doctor.
STI testing
should feel routine.
Your business
Test when it suits you. No one at your door needs to know what’s inside, and no one in a waiting room needs to see you there. All on your terms, without explaining yourself to anyone.
Testing matched to you
Your samples, matched to your exposures, go to a NATA-accredited lab for PCR testing – the same testing as a sexual health clinic. A fingerprick HIV self-test reads at home in 15 minutes.
People, not algorithms
If something needs attention, you get a real person on the case. Every request and result is personally reviewed and followed up – by an Ahpra-registered Australian doctor, not a chatbot.
“STI rates continue to climb, with gonorrhoea cases up 57% in the last 10 years.SourceKirby Institute, UNSW – 2025 national surveillance data, reported in The Guardian, 15 September 2026 (opens in new tab). We built Prickly to make personalised STI testing – managed by doctors from request to result – accessible at home, anytime, so every body can play safe.”

Treatment or follow-up
If your at-home HIV self-test read positive (or didn’t work), or your symptoms are getting worse, see a clinic in person as well – a telehealth follow-up cannot examine you.
There’s no extra charge for your follow-up either way. Choose Medicare if you have a current card and are happy for us to bulk bill it.
